Service Description
Supervision for professionals: clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, and professionals in any setting. I provide a structured thinking space to help think through clinical and professional issues. At the beginning of our meeting I will probably ask - "What approach do you need from me today?" and "if this has been a good session, what would you be leaving with?" Offering clinical supervision is a part of my work that I get a lot of professional fulfilment from. I aim to create a safe space to explore clinical issues and grow professionally. Psychological safety in supervisory relationships is important to me and I will want to establish what that means to you, especially if we work together long term. My expertise is broad, but includes child and adult general mental health, trauma work, asylum seekers and refugees, community psychology, working with schools, adoption and fostering. My doctoral training included the requirements for BABCP Level 2 accreditation, and I am currently completing the accreditation process. I am systemically trained, and have completed training on a variety of areas including cultural competence in supervision. I might also sometimes bring a psychodynamic lens to a reflective supervision space. Please email to chat about whether I can offer one-off or ongoing supervision suitable for your needs. Please contact me 48 hours beforehand to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Beyond this, I will try and be flexible with other time slots in my week.
